About our Junior Golf Programming
We believe golf is a life-long sport to be enjoyed by friends and families across generations. For us, the best way to develop skills is to make the game fun first. Once your child has developed interest, we’ll work on developing the skills. We have “swim lanes” to group junior golfers by age and skill. These groupings are meant to make sure our junior golfers are comfortable and positioned to have fun while developing their skills. However, you know your kid best and your schedule best. We want kids to like it, so put them with friends or siblings even if their skills don’t perfectly line up.
Program Descriptions
Little Links
Little Links Junior Golf Camp is where young golfers come to learn, laugh, and level up their game. These 4-day camps are hosted by Caleb Christensen Golf Academy and its team of coaches, and designed for kids ages 7–15 — whether they’ve never touched a club or have been playing for years. Over the course of the camp, juniors will receive 6 total hours of instruction packed with fun games, skill-building activities, and prizes that keep energy and excitement high from day one through the last session. The curriculum goes beyond just golf fundamentals. Yes, campers will work on the core skills that make a great golfer — swing mechanics, short game, coordination, and movement skills — but Little Links also focuses on building confidence, developing teamwork, improving athletic movement, and most importantly, making friends and having fun. At just $150 per participant per session, Little Links is an incredible value for the level of coaching and attention your junior receives. Six session options are available throughout the summer with both morning and afternoon time slots, making it easy to find a week that works for your family
Offered in one week session from Monday-Thursday
After SChool JR Golf
When the summer camps wrap up and school gets back in session, the golf doesn’t have to stop. After School Junior Golf at North Links Golf Course gives kids ages 7 and up a fun, structured place to keep developing their game every Thursday afternoon through the fall season.
Led by PGA Professional Caleb Christensen, each 90-minute session runs from 3:30 to 5:00 PM and is packed with coaching, skill-building games, and plenty of fun. Range balls and light snacks are included, so kids can come straight from school, grab a snack, and get right into it. The atmosphere is energetic and welcoming — the kind of program kids will look forward to after a long day of classes!
No prior experience is required, though some familiarity with the game is helpful. Whether your child is continuing their growth from summer camp or just getting started with the sport, After School Junior Golf meets them right where they are and helps them improve week after week in a low-pressure, enjoyable environment.
All participants must be picked up by 5:00 PM.

The Beginner Program is designed for kids ages 6-11 who have graduated from our Introductory Program or for kids with less than two years of golf experience. Please consider your child’s attention span for this class. A typical day consists of 30 minutes of Professional instruction & 60-90 minutes on the course. 2 hours total.
Intermediate
The Intermediate Program is designed for kids ages 7 to 13 that have either been in our Beginner Program before or have been around golf enough to understand the fundamentals. A typical day consists of 30 minutes of Professional instruction & 60-90 minutes on the course. 2 hours total.
Advanced
Oak Glen’s Advanced Program includes weekly clinics and weekly golf on our Executive Course. The Advanced Program is designed for kids ages 9-15 who have graduated from our Intermediate Program or for kids with enough golf experience to be able and want to keep score. A typical day will consist of 30 minutes of golf instruction and 1.5 hours of golf on our Executive Course. This program is not as much about the participant’s ability or score but having the desire to improve and learn the game of golf. Clinics will be limited to a maximum of 16 kids per time.
Junior Programming Age Recommendations
Our junior programming is designed to progress junior golfers into new skills as they feel comfortable. However, in our opinion, the most important element for juniors to learn golf is to have fun. If you have questions about which program is right for your kiddo, take a look at our recommendations. If you know your kid’s skill, maturity, and friends better, feel free to sign your kids up for the program that works best for their schedule.
